The Brookville Vol. Fire Dept. and the Jefferson Couunty Department of Emergency Services will be holding the Courage To Be Safe... So Everyone Goes Home Program presented by State Fire Commissioner Ed Mann on Wednesday May 19th 2010 at the Broookville Area High School Auditorium on Jenks St in Brookville

Firefighters must have the courage to face a multitude of risks in order to save lives and protect their communities. But a different type of courage is required to stay safe in potentially dangerous situations, avoiding needless risks in tragic consequences. that differnet type of courage is the subject of "The Courage to Stay Safe- So Everyone Goes Home" Program. This provocative and moving presentation is designed to change the culture of accepting the loss of our firefighters as a normal occurrence. You can't miss this opportunity to hear Commissioner Mann in his own words on how to have the courage to stay safe for you and your family. Commissioner Mann would like to see 100 or more attend this presentation.
